The project is about the renovation of a mansard near the Castle in Lisbon.
At the moment of purchase, the apartment was unoccupied, in a very bad conservation state and with many tiny spaces.
It was necessary to intervene in the building’s roof, renewing its wooden structure – detail that can be found in the appartment’s ceiling.

The living room and kitchen play together in a single space with big windows in the ceiling which ensure the daylight in the house.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a single bathroom, getting profit of all the available space and height.

A house that once was forgotten and that is now has got another life, materiality and space’ qualities.
